Rhinophyma
Progressive enlargement of the nose due to hypertrophy of the sebaceous glands of the tip of the nose and fibrosis. It usually affects older men and is associated with long-standing acne rosacea. It presents as a pink lobulated mass with dilated vessels in the nose.
